Prerequisites:
To access underneath, to be able to remove the Mirror Unit, it is necessary to 'prop' the scanner up at one
end using either a block, or the foot bracket. Make sure it is stable and steady before continuing work on
the scanner. Use a second person to hold the end of the scanner while working on it, if this makes it more
secure.
It may be more beneficial to place the scanner on a table to work-on.
The scanner is heavy, and can cause damage if it falls, so all precautions should be taken before working
on the scanner. Two people are required to lift the scanner on and off the stand.
1. Remove the 3 x T20 screws holding the Foot Bracket on Tacho sensor end of the scanner.
2. Release the Foot Bracket.

7mm Spanner / Nutspinner.

T10 Torx Screwdriver.

T20 Torx Screwdriver.

Remove the Left Hand End Cover (see page 21).

Remove the Right Hand End Cover (see page 17).

Remove the Rear Panel (see page 28).
