Changing the needle seals

Removing the needle seals
1. Clean the automatic spray gun (
on page 30).
2. Remove the material needle (

3. Unscrew the screw ( Fig. 15/2) from the head piece ( Fig. 15/1) and the main element (
Fig. 153).
4. Remove the head piece ( Fig. 15/1) from the main element ( Fig. 15/3).

5. Unscrew the seal screw ( Fig. 16/3).
6. Remove all of the needle pack ( Fig. 16/4) from the head piece ( Fig. 16/5).
7. Remove the seals ( Fig. 16/2) from the centring tubes ( Fig. 16/1).
