Changing the material nozzle and the air nozzle

NOTICE!
Damage to the air distributor ring
The automatic spray gun with air distributor ring ( Fig. 9/6) must not be used if using air noz-
zles of type "XDZ" and "XDZ12". This is to be removed.
Removing the nozzles
1. Clean the automatic spray gun (
on page 30).

WARNING!
The locking piece ( Fig. 9/5) is under spring force.
Carefully unscrew the locking piece ( Fig. 9/5).
3. Loosen the cap nut ( Fig. 9/1).
4. Remove the air nozzle ( Fig. 9/2).
5. Unscrew the material nozzle ( Fig. 9/3).
Always replace the material nozzle ( Fig. 9/3) and the material needle ( Fig. 9/4) at the
same time (
