Changing seals and needle pack

Removing seals/needle pack
1. Remove fluid and steam nozzle (
on page 32).
2. Remove the fluid needle (

3. Unscrew the screws ( Fig. 15/1).
4. Take off head part ( Fig. 15/2) from intermediate part ( Fig. 15/4) and check O-ring (
Fig. 15/3), replace if necessary.
5. Take off intermediate part ( Fig. 15/4) and check the O-rings ( Fig. 15/5 and 10), replace if
necessary.
6. Remove and check slotted rings ( Fig. 15/6 and 8) and guide sleeve ( Fig. 15/7) from the
control part ( Fig. 15/9), replace if necessary.
