Do not use sharply abrasive, chemically aggressive, very hot or very cold spray fluids without first consulting with and receiving approval from Krautzberger GmbH. Steam exits from the sides of the steam nozzle (flat jet). ð Completely close the flat jet regulator ( Fig. 7/2). To do so, turn the control clockwise to the stop. - Page 26 Open the adjusting nut ( Fig. 9/1) of the needle stroke setting by no more than 5.5 mm ( Fig. 8). The use of incorrect or defective spare parts can cause hazards for the personnel as well as damage, malfunctions or complete failure. – Only use OEM parts from Krautzberger or Krautzberger-approved spare parts. – In case of questions, always contact our Customer Care department. -
Page 30: Maintenance Schedule
The level of wear depends on the abrasiveness of the spray fluid used. Escaping air and spray fluid as well as the deterioration of the spray pattern are signs that parts are worn. Con- tact Krautzberger Customer Care with any questions on maintenance work and maintenance inter- vals. - Page 31 For a gentle and thorough cleaning, we recommend our brush set. See the last page for contact information. Slightly grease sliding parts with special Krautzberger grease. The special grease can be purchased from Krautzberger GmbH (contact data see last page).
