Changing the material needle

Removing the material needle
1. Clean the automatic spray gun (
on page 30)

WARNING!
The locking piece ( Fig. 10/4) is under spring force.
Carefully unscrew the entire locking piece ( Fig. 10/4).
3. Remove the spring ( Fig. 10/3).
4. Take the entire valve shaft ( Fig. 10/2) out of the main element ( Fig. 10/1).

5. Loosen the nut ( Fig. 11/4) on the valve shaft pipe ( Fig. 11/1).

CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to material needles!
Remove the spring ( Fig. 11/3) and material needle ( Fig. 11/2) from the valve shaft pipe (
Fig. 11/1).
