1 . Determine the mounting location based on the following:
The installation area must be clean to ensure good sealing to the roof .
A
Identify interior location for controller and ensure the 30' cable will reach between the

controller and the antenna unit .
Make sure mounting screws will not damage any interior roof wiring or tubing when installed .

The unit should be no more than

3 degrees from level .
At least two mounting feet should be

over roof support beams .
Fasteners from at least two mounting
feet should penetrate the roof beams,
ideally toward the front of the vehicle .
Rotational clearance from

center rotation point is 26" when
dish is elevated and rotating .
This is a safety zone . Anything
higher than 6" within this zone
is at risk .
When lowered, the dish must
face the rear of the vehicle to
avoid damage to unit while
vehicle is in motion .
