1 . Press POWER .

The controller will display your system configuration.

2 . To perform a search, press SEARCH .

If deploying your dish from the stowed position, the antenna unit may lock onto the

TIP

satellite in as little as 4-5 minutes, but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes .

If the controller displays an error message (examples: BAD AZ-EL-SK COUNT or

AZ-EL-SK OVERCURRENT), reset the system as follows:

• Press POWER to enter the menu .

• Press UP/DOWN arrows to display Menu item 7 "TEST DISH ."

• Press POWER to select it .

• The antenna will go thru one complete movement cycle and reset itself .

3 . To lower the dish when not in use, press STOW .

NOTES: After a completed search or after being stowed, the controller will turn off automatically (may

take several minutes) .

There is an "Over Temperature" condition that will be displayed at the beginning of the

search if the operating environment is more than 136°F . It will not prevent the search

routine, but warns of a potentially damaging heat condition for the equipment in the current

operating environment .
