1. Check whether battery cables are connected properly；
2. Check whether the DC Switch is on；
3. Check whether the BMS communication is normal.
Check whether the connection terminal between the EMS
board and the inverter control board is loose。
Please reduce the loads on the Backup port and restart the
inverter, or wait for the warning to be cleared after 5 minutes.
Disconnect the loads on the Backup port and restart the in-
verter. If the problem is not been solved, please contact Al-
phaESS after-sales team.
