N5445A InfiniiMax III Differential Browser Probe Head

The N5445A browser head (30 GHz) is the best choice for the
general-purpose trouble shooting of differential signals with
spring-loaded tips and variable spacing from 20 mil to 125 mil (or
0.5 mm to 3.1 mm).
The span between the signal tips is easily adjusted with a thumb
wheel on the browser (see

Using the LED Headlights
A pair of LED headlights are integrated into the tip of the browser to illuminate the probing
area for better visibility. The headlights are controlled via the Light button on the InfiniiMax
III probe amplifier (see
