The InfiniiMax III series probe amplifiers and probe heads are designed to be used within
the temperature range of the 90000-X series oscilloscope. The only exception are the
N5441A and MX0109A solder-in probe heads. The temperature range for these probe
heads is from –55°C to +150°C for up to 250 test cycles (for N5441A) and 750 test cycles
(for MX0109A). These are compatible with the N5450B InfiniiMax extreme temperature
extension cable.
