The camera stops to check the doubtful fire source after first detection. It alarms with high
accuracy when verify the real fire source, but the detection speed is slow.
Cancel Repeated Alarm
Alarm only one time if fire source detected in the same place during one day. It can be
configured when the detection mode is selected as by Multiple Frame.
Sensitivity
The sensitivity of fire detection. The bigger the value is, more easily the fire source can be
detected, and the false rate is higher.
Hold and Alarm Mode
Autoand Manual are selectable. The system will stop when it detects the fire source. You can
set the duration while it keeps still.
Auto
You can set the dwell time. During the dwell time the camera stays still where it detects
the fire source when performing auto scan, patrol, pattern, scheduled task, and park
action.
Manual
The device stays still where it detects the fire source, until you manually
Fire Source Zoom Ratio
Auto
The optical channel changes its zoom ratio until the thermal channel have the same field of
view.
Manual
You can set the optical zoom ratio.
5. Optional: you can shield certain areas from being detected in fire source detection. Refer to Set
Fire Source Shielded Region for details.
6. Refer to Set Arming Schedule for setting scheduled time. Refer to Linkage Method Settings for
setting linkage method.
7. Click Save.

4.4.1 Set Fire Source Shielded Region

Steps
1. Go to Configuration → Local, and enable Display Shield Area.
2. Go to Configuration → Event → Smart Event → Fire Source Region Shield.
3. Check Enable Fire Source Detection Shield .
4. Select Drawing Mode, and draw the area you want to shield.
