FIGURE 6-12: Emergency stop device
1. Press and hold the emergency stop device.
=>The activation of the emergency stop device is indicated visually and acoustically on the
fire detection and suppression control panel and at a permanently manned location.
2. Evacuate the extinguishing zones.
3. Once all persons have been rescued, release the emergency stop device.
=>Flooding takes place immediately but not before the remaining pre-warning time has
elapsed.
