2. Pull the safety cotter pin out of the manual release device on the "master" extinguishing agent
container.
3. Press the hand lever downward to the stop.
The manual release must take at least 5 seconds.
=>The system will be activated immediately.
6.2.3 Delaying actuation (optional)
In some justified cases, the system features an emergency stop device. This is used to delay the
start of flooding beyond the pre-warning time if the system has actuated. This extends the time
during which persons can be rescued from the extinguishing zones.
The emergency stop device is used to briefly prevent extinguishing agent flooding for evacuation
purposes. However, it is not suitable for preventing flooding permanently or stopping flooding that
is already running.
