4.13 Pilot pressure relief assemblies

The pilot pressure relief device is used to prevent an unintentional pressure buildup in pneu-
matic pilot lines due to leakage.
The pilot pressure relief device is used on the quick release valve QRV to prevent the down-
stream extinguishing agent containers from being incorrectly activated by such an uninten-
tional pressure build-up.
After an activation, the push button is used to manually relieve pressure from pneumatic pilot
lines without having to disassemble them.
WARNING Danger to life due to flying parts
If other, unlisted components are used, this may result in failure due to over strain. This can cause
fragments to fly around uncontrollably and cause life-threatening injuries.
• Only use the 300 bar version (4351psi) of the complete set.
