Removing, Opening and Reinstalling the E24 Banknote Loading Unit
The banknote loader cassette is double locked in order to secure the unit in place within
the banknote recycler (interlock system) and to keep the cash safe within the loader cas-
sette.
To remove the banknote loader cassette you need the interlock system key:

If necessary, wait until a transaction has been finished.

Gain access to the banknote recycler

Insert the key [1] in the lock, push and simultaneously turn it clockwise as far as it will go [A].
All four bezel LEDs start flashing green.

Push the yellow interlock system lever [2] to the rear [B].
The lever shows its red marking. The loader cassette and all other banknote units are no longer secured in place.

Use its handle [3] (yellow arrow) to pull the loader cassette out of the chassis [C].
Unlocking E24 Banknote Interlock System
To open the banknote loader cassette you need its cassette key:

Insert the key [1] in the lock [A].

Push the key and turn it clockwise as far as it will go [A].
The loader cassette is open.

Leave the key in the lock.

Open the cassette by unfolding its cover [2] as far as it will go [B].
