· POSlinq™ middleware displays this process and shows the amount already paid (Total Deposits) [11], still
Left to Pay [12] as well as the Change to be returned to the customer [13]. After the transaction the user in-
terface changes back to the POS user interface again.

Opening the Main Screen of the POSlinq™ middleware
The main screen has to be opened for status display or maintenance work on the Paypod™ pay station. This screen
can be seen by all users although it can only be used by users logged on as an administrator.
To open the middleware's main screen:

If not always displayed, open the Terminal interface by double tapping the flashing status indicator [1] and star
icon [A].

Double-tap the status field [2] of the Terminal interface (hidden button) [B].
The POS screen should show the main screen [3] of the POSlinq™ middleware.
To close the main screen

Tap the X [4] in the right top corner. [C]

Viewing Cash Stocks
From time to time or before refilling or emptying procedures, for instance, you may want to have a look at the pay sta-
tion's cash content. For this, you have to be logged on as an administrator to open the POSlinq™ middleware's Stocks
screen:

In case the pay station is short of change, you will be asked if you want to return the amount already
paid in to the customer.
