Maintenance Manual
1. Set the selector switch on motor control cabinet to position 2
"STOP".
2. There will be slight oil spill. Place a suitable container under
the sensors to be replaced.
3. Disconnect the wires in the connection box for the sensor to
be replaced. Note the positions of the coloured wires in the
terminals.
4. Release the locknut [1] and unscrew the sensor [2] from the
end housing.
5. Mount the new sensor, and make sure it is adjusted to correct length "L". See illustration and
table below.
6. Fasten the locknut [1].
7. Connect the wires in the connection box.
Turn selector switch on Motor Controller back to position 1 "REMOTE CONTROL".
