Afte r removing the cotter p i ns, l oosen the tie­
rod end nuts.

Rem ove the tie-rods, right and l eft, wh i l e
p u l l i ng the fuel ta n k backward .
•
Afte r remov i n g the cotter p i n , l oosen the
stee r i n g shaft l ower n u t.
•
R e m ove the cotter p i n .
•
Loosen the steering shaft h o l der bo lts.
•
Remove the stee r i n g shaft.
