Replacing the Micro SD Card

Danger to life due to electric shock when live components or cables are touched
High voltages are present in the conductive components or cables of the product. Touching live parts and cables
results in death or lethal injuries due to electric shock.
• Do not touch non-insulated parts or cables.
• Disconnect the product from voltage sources and ensure it cannot be reconnected before working on the
device.
• After disconnection, wait 15 minutes until the capacitors have discharged.
• Observe all safety information on components associated with the product.
• Wear suitable personal protective equipment for all work on the product.
Damage to the inverter due to electrostatic discharge
Touching electronic components can cause damage to or destroy the inverter through electrostatic discharge.
• Ground yourself before touching any component.
Requirements on the micro SD card:
☐ A micro SD card must be used. Other memory cards (e.g. MMC cards) may not be used.
☐ Data storage in the FAT16/32 file format must be possible.
☐ Minimum storage capacity: 1 GB
☐ Maximum storage capacity: 64 GB
☐ Quality: industry standard
Requirement:
☐ The microSD card must be available.
Procedure:
1. Disconnect the inverter from all voltage sources (see Section 12, page 126).
2. Open the inverter (see Section 13.10, page 138).
3. Remove the defective micro SD card.
4. Insert the micro SD card into the slot up to the stop. Do not jam the micro SD card when doing so.
5. Ensure that the micro SD card is correctly plugged in.
6. Close the inverter (see Section 13.10, page 138).
7. Recommission the inverter (see Section 13.11, page 139).
