SuperLoader Operation

View Tape Drive Status

To view the tape drive status:
1. On the main menu, scroll to Status. (See Figure 55.)
2. Press Enter.
3. On the Status submenu, scroll to Drive Info. (See Figure 56.)
4. Press Enter.
5. On the Drive Info submenu, scroll to Status. (See Figure 57.)
6. Press Enter.

To view the tape drive version:
1. On the main menu, scroll to Status. (See Figure 55.)
2. Press Enter.
3. On the Status submenu, scroll to Drive Info. (See Figure 56.)
4. Press Enter.
5. On the Drive Info submenu, scroll to Version. (See Figure 57.)

A list of messages similar to the following screen appears.
SCSI ID 5
Loader LUN 1
Compression Enabled
Drive Cart Present
The number indicates the SuperLoader SCSI ID number.
The number indicates the Logical Unit Number of the
SuperLoader.
Indicates whether the tape drive compression is enabled or
disabled.
Indicates whether a drive cart is present.
