BATTERY
Prevention of battery risks
The battery electrolytes contain sulphur acid, and battery can
produce Hydrogen. Hydrogen is highly explosive. If disposing
incorrectly, it will cause serious injury or fire. In order to prevent
theses problems, please accomplish following items:
Prohibit smoking or flame approaching the battery.
•
Please wear protective goggles and rubber gloves when you
performing inspection, maintenance or charging of battery.
•
Rinse immediately with water if the battery electrolytes spills
over your body on your clothes.
•
Rinse with plenty of water and see the doctor immediately if
the battery electrolytes enters your eyes.
•
Drink plenty of water or milk, and eat raw eggs or vegetable
oils if you carelessly drink the battery electrolytes. And im-
mediately go to a doctor or a poisoning prevention center.
•
Please use clean wet cloth to scrub the upper surface of the
battery. Do not use gasoline, diluent, other organic solution
or detergent.
•
Tighten the cover of battery box.
•
If the battery electrolyte is frozen, do not charge the battery
or use other power supply to start the motor, otherwise it will
cause the risk of explosion.
•
If you want to charge the battery or use other power supply
to start the motor, you should let the battery electrolytes
molten and check for the leakage before operation.
•
Remove the battery from the machine before charging.
