Requirement
Mnemonic
VDD
Must be wired to the target. The USB TAP emulator uses this
signal to determine if power is applied to the target. The signal is
also used as a voltage reference for the signals driven by the
USB TAP emulator (BKPT, DSCLK, RESET, DSI, and TEA).
DSO
Must be wired to the target processor. It is an input to the USB
TAP.
GND
Must be wired to the target. GND is connected directly the USB
TAP ground inside the USB TAP.
PST3
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
PST2
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
PST1
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
PST0
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
DDATA3
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
DDATA2
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
DDATA1
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
DDATA0
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
GND
Must be wired to the target. GND is connected directly the USB
TAP ground inside the USB TAP.
Reserved
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.
Reserved
Need not be wired to the target. The USB TAP does not
currently use this signal.

Must be wired to the target. GND is connected directly the USB
TAP ground inside the USB TAP.
