3. MACHINE'S DESCRIPTION
3.4. Profile Cutting Unit
 With the cutting mechanism from the top, it is aimed that the unit will not be affected by cutting
burrs. With the chip channel under the cutting head, profile chips and residues are removed to the
chip conveyor. The cutting unit works synchronously with the milling group and the movement of
the cutting head on the four axes is provided by the servo motors.
 The Cutting Unit is equipped with an output robot arm that allows the transfer of cut profiles to the
output conveyor. Movable door with transparent plexiglass window is available on the front of the
machine to facilitate the operator to follow and process the workpiece and cut. Thus, operator's
safe operation is provided.
