Part 12: LEDs

The AX301 FPGA development board has 4 user LEDs on board. The
schematic diagram of the four user LEDs is shown in Figure 12-1. When the
FPGA pin output is logic 0, the LEDs will off. When the output is logic 1, the
LED is lit.
