Loading OAFs
Javad Navigation Systems dealers provide customers with OAF files. For any
OAF related questions, E-mail JNS at options@javad.com. Please have your
board ID number available (see "Checking Firmware Version" on page 4-18).

Because the JNSGyro-4T system consists of more than
one receiver boards, every board should have its own
OAF.

To load a new OAF follow steps one - three in "Checking an OAF" on
page 4-13.
Click Load at the bottom of the Option Manager screen (see Figure 4-9 on
page 4-14).
Navigate to the location of the new Option Authorization File. OAFs have
.jpo extension and are unique to each board (Figure 4-10).
Select the appropriate file and click Open (Figure 4-10). The new board
option loads onto the board and the Option Manager table updates.
When finished, click Exit on the Option Manager screen, and then click
File->Disconnect to prevent conflicts with serial port management.
