being fully deployed.
Instructions:
A. Locate the Stake Bag
B. Remove the Rope Stays from the bag. There are two types of Rope
Stays.
1.
Brown Guy Ropes with Mil-Spec Nylon Cord (Standard)
2.
Black Guy Ropes with Spectra® cord and blackened Stainless
Steel Guy Clips
C. Locate the Guy Ring on the Mounting Pole; notice the pattern of the holes
on the Guy Ring. The hole pattern is easy to distinguish and consist
of one circular hole, 2 triangle holes and 3 square holes. The circular
hole is the common hole, which is used in every configuration as the
placement for the first guy.
D. Clip the free end of the 1st Guy Rope to the only circular hole on the Guy
Ring and feed out rope until the Rope Stay rests directly on the ground
below the Tripod.
E. Clip the rest of the Guy Ropes to the Guy Ring in the same manner and
let the rope stays lay on the ground directly below.
1. When using three guys, use the two remaining holes in the shape
of a triangle.
2. When using four guys, use the three remaining holes in the shape
of a square.
F. When you are finished connecting all Guy Ropes, they should rest directly
on the ground below the Tripod.
