Level the Tripod:
Locate the two bubble levels on the top of the Tripod just below the
knurled section of the Tri-Collar. The perpendicular positioning of two
bubble levels assures easy, accurate leveling.
When the air bubbles in both levels are centered between the level marks
at the middle of each bubble level, the Tripod is level.
If both bubbles are not centered, adjust the extended legs to the terrain
until the air bubbles in both levels are centered.
Fully tighten the Turn Knob on each leg. Recheck the bubble levels. If
both air bubbles are not centered, repeat the leg adjustments until both air
bubbles are centered. If the mast is not level, leaning will occur and will
increase as the mast height rises.
Securing the Tripod:
Each Base Plate has two holes. Locate the two holes on either side of
each leg.
