Symptom

the UPS transfers to
bypass mode.

Possible Cause
The power module is
faulty.
The UPS is overloaded
or short-circuited.
Inverter overtemperature
occurs.
The power module is

overcurrent.
The charger experiences
undervoltage.
Set the UPS working
mode to ECO mode.
The bypass transfer
times reach the upper
threshold.
The bypass thyristor is

7 Troubleshooting
Measure
module.
Replace the power
module.
Reduce load or rectify
short circuits.
Install more air
conditioners or
ventilation devices to
ensure normal
temperatures inside the
equipment room.

configured number of
batteries is correct. If the
