SetEngineeringFormat - Set the Data format to Engineering

Description
This command instructs the Analyser to output Luminance data in Engineering
format.
This setting is stored permanently in the Analyser and can only be changed by
the SetScientificFormat command.
Example:
Set Engineering format.
