SetAVERAGE - Set the number of Captures to Average

Where:
## represents the number of Captures to average and is a number in the
range 01 – 15.
Description
This command allows the user set the number of Captures to execute and
calculate the Average value. The minimum value is 01 and the maximum
value is 15. A Capture command must be executed after the Average value
has been changed.
These values are stored permanently in memory and can only be changed by
using the setAverage command again.
The command get Average will display the current stored setting.
Example:
Set the number of Captures to Average to 05.
