GetLuminanceAll - Get the Luminance of all Fibers

getLuminanceAll &.&&&&e+&& or &&&.&&&&
Where:
&.&&&&e+&& represents the data in Scientific format.
&&&.&&&& represents the data in Engineering format.
Description
This command returns the Luminance value present on all channels. The data
is returned in either scientific or engineering formats. The format of the data is
set by the SetScientificFormat or SetEngineeringFormat commands.
These values are stored permanently in memory until power is removed or the
getLuminanceall command is issued again.
Example:
Get the Luminance of all channels.
getluminanceall
096.1245 CD/M²
084.6245 CD/M²
094.8245 CD/M²
088.1125 CD/M²
086.1675 CD/M²
