INSTALLING THE SYSTEM INTERFACE FIRMWARE

Positioning
The system interface recognises the ambient temperature. This
factor must be taken into account when choosing its position.
We recommend positioning away from heat sources (radiators,
direct exposure to sunlight, fi replaces, etc.). You are also recom-
mended to avoid positioning near draughts or external openings
that could aff ect the operation of the system interface.
It is also necessary to position the interface at least 1.5 metres
above the fl oor.
WARNING
Installation should be performed by a qualifi ed technician.
Before installing the appliance, ensure that the electrical
power supply is disconnected.
Wall installation
The Sensys system interface must be fi tted to the wall before the
BUS line is connected.

connect the pair of wires to the connector (fi g. 1);
-
open up the holes required for fi xing;
-
fi x the base of the device to the box on the wall using the
screws supplied in the kit (fi g. 2);
-
position the system interface on the base, pushing it gently
downwards (fi g. 3).
System connection
Signal sending, receiving, and decoding is carried out using BUS
protocol, which ensures the interaction between the system and
the interface.
Connect the cables to the terminal block located in the system
HYBRID MODULE panel.
NOTE:
In order to avoid interference problems, when connecting the
system interface to the HYBRID MODULE MGP, use a shielded
cable or twisted pair cable.
