GUARANTEE
The warranty is only valid if the appliance is installed by a
qualifi ed technician.
Damage as a result of the following causes void the
guarantee:
Abnormal installation environment conditions:
• Placing the internal unit outside the home
• Placing the internal unit in a location which is subject to
bad weather or frost exposure
• Supplying the system with rainwater, well water, or with
abnormally hard water or water which is not compliant
with applicable regulations
• Replacement installation of systems and components
with manufacturing defects.
In the event of damage being discovered on the system,
it will be sent to one of our Service Centres, once our
Technical Services have been advised.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, transport,
packaging and positioning following collection by the
distributor will be the responsibility of the installer.
The repair or replacement of system components can not
in any way be refunded, if it happened under any of the
following circumstances:
• Various damages caused by shocks or electrical
failures during handling of the product, after it leaves
the production establishment
• Damage caused by water leaking from the internal unit
that is avoidable through immediate product repair
• Damage caused by system exposure to overvoltages
The warranty applies to internal unit and external unit,
only where the hydraulic and electronic components of
both remain intact.
The guarantee does not apply in cases where the
installation does not conform to applicable regulations
and standards, as well as to professional standards, and,
more particularly, in the event of:
• The absence or incorrect installation of the safety unit
• Safety unit installation that does not comply with
applicable standards, or use of a damaged safety unit
• Changes made to the safety unit as a result of hydraulics
works
• Abnormal corrosion of hydraulic components due to
incorrect connections (iron-copper direct contact)
• Faulty electrical connection which does not conform to
applicable installation regulations, incorrect grounding,
using cables with an insuffi cient cross-section, non-
adherence to the connection diagrams provided
• Switching on the system before hydraulic fi lling

The guarantee does not apply in cases of insuffi cient
maintenance:
• Abnormal build-up on the heating elements and the
safety devices
• Lack of safety unit maintenance for pressure reduction
• Frame subjected to aggression by external agents
• Changes made to the original system without advising
the manufacturer or use of non-original spare parts
CE mark
The CE mark guarantees that the device conforms to the
following directives:
- 2014/30/EU - relating to Electromagnetic Compatibility
- 2014/35/EU - related to electrical safety (LVD)
- RoHS2 2011/65/EU related to the restriction of the
use of certain dangerous substances in electrical and
electronic equipment (EN 50581)
- Regulation (EU) No. 813/2013 on ecodesign (no. 2014/C
207/02 - transitional methods of measurement and
calculation)
System water characteristics
Ensure that the system is supplied with water with a
maximum hardness of 20° F.
For areas where the water is particularly limestone-rich,
ensure that the use of a softener does not in any way
aff ect the previous guarantees, provided that the part is
professionally installed and subject to regular inspections
and maintenance.
In particular, the hardness of the water supplied to the
system, must never be below 12° F.
Where fi lling water is aggressive (we advise you to keep
the pH between 6.6 and 8.5), ferruginous, or hard, use
treated water to prevent build-up, corrosion, and damage
to the system. We remind you that even a slight quantity
of impurities in the water may decrease the performance
of the system.
The fi lling water used absolutely must be treated in the
case of high capacity installations (high volumes of water)
or in the case of frequent additions of water in order to
maintain a constant level of liquid in the system. In the event
that you need to carry out cleaning of the installation, you
must subsequently fi ll the entire system with treated water.
Ensure that the maximum water supply pressure level does
not exceed 5 bar. Otherwise, install a pressure reducer.
NOTE:
for the boiler installation, operation and maintenance
instructions, please see the documentation supplied with
the boile
