CHAPTER 5: CONFIGURING THE BUILT-IN NOTIFICATIONS
We set the continuous time as 2 seconds — this means the sensor's state has to remain at least 2 seconds in the
chosen state before the notification runs.
We don't use a minimum time between notifications (default value).
If you get multiple notifications of the same type, this option could help to reduce the frequency of them.
