ISDN VOIP GATEWAY 4. Start the VOE Discovery Tool 1. Insert the CD included with your VOE into the CD drive on your PC. 2. Copy the file named VOEDiscovery.exe from the CD to your PC. 3. At your PC, double-click the VOEDiscovery.exe file name to activate the tool.
