To install sound support
Requirements
OmniBook 800 with Windows 95 installed.
OmniBook 800 driver for sound support.
Location: OmniBook hard drive or Recovery CD in
\OMNIBOOK\DRIVERS\WIN95\SOUND.
1. From Control Panel, double-click Systems.
2. Click Device Manager.
3. Remove the Unknown Device under Other Devices, then click Close.
4. Shut down and restart Windows 95.
Windows 95 prompts you for the driver.
5. Select Driver From Disk Provided By Hardware Manufacturer, then click OK.
6. Enter the directory of the sound driver, then click OK.
7. If prompted for the Windows 95 Installation CD, click OK and change the
directory to C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS.
To install mouse support
Requirements
OmniBook 800 with Windows 95 installed.
OmniBook 800 driver for mouse support.
Location: OmniBook hard drive or Recovery CD in
\OMNIBOOK\DRIVERS\WIN95\MOUSE.
1. Go to the directory of the mouse driver.
2. Copy the files in the \OMNIBOOK\IWIN95\MOUSE\WINDOWS directory to the
C:\WINDOWS directory
3. Run REGEDIT C:\OMNIBOOK\DRIVERS\WIN95\MOUSE\MOUSE.REG.
4. Restart the OmniBook.
