23. Secure the middle seat panel to the foot well
and 4 clips (1/4 inch) using 4 hex-washer head
bolts (1/4 x 3/4 inch) as shown in
Torque the 4 hex-washer head bolts (1/4 x 3/4
inch) to 11.3 N∙m (100 in-lb).
