z If problems persist even after checking the preceding points, consult your dealer.

z Is the [CONTROL PANEL] setting in [CONTROL DEVICE SETUP] set to
[DISABLE]?
z Is [TV-SYSTEM] set correctly?

z Is there a problem with the video tape or other picture sources?
z Is a signal which is not compatible with the projector input?
z Is the cable too long? (Use a cable that is 10 m (32'10") or shorter.)
z Is the external video output of the laptop computer set correctly?
–▶Example: The external output settings may switch by pressing the Fn
+ F3 keys simultaneously. Since the method varies depending on the
computer type, refer to the user manual provided with your computer.
z Is the HDMI cable connected securely?
z Turn off and on the power of the projector and the external device.
z Is a signal which is not compatible with the projector input?
z Set the audio of the external device to the linear PCM.
z Check [AUDIO IN SELECT] in [AUDIO SETTING].
z If audio is not output with the HDMI cable connection, use the <AUDIO
IN> terminal.
z Is [ON] set for the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [INITIAL START
UP]?
z Did you turn the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF> in the middle of
projection when you last used the projector?
–▶When [LAST MEMORY] is set for the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu →
[INITIAL START UP] and the projector was turned off with the direct
power off function (
the <MAIN POWER> switch is turned to <ON>.
z Did you press the power
<MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF>?
–▶When [LAST MEMORY] is set for the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu
→ [INITIAL START UP] and the power
immediately after the <MAIN POWER> switch is turned to <OFF>, the
projector may start projection when the <MAIN POWER> switch is
turned to <ON> on the next start-up.
–▶After turning the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF>, do not press the
power
button on the remote control or the control panel of the
projector body while the power indicator <ON (G)/STANDBY (R)> is
illuminating or flashing red.
