If the cleaning result is unsatisfactory or there is water leakage, contact an ABB Tur-
bocharging Service Station.
Fulfil prerequisites.
Inadmissible thermal stress and flooding of the turbine
Smaller amounts of water can lead to an inadequate cleaning result. Larger
amounts of water lead to inadmissible thermal stress on the turbine compo-

It is imperative that the turbine cleaning parameters be observed.
Open the stop valve and set the water volume flow V

Maximum turbine inlet temperature during cleaning
During cleaning, the turbine inlet temperature will rise and may strain the
material significantly. The turbine inlet temperature can be up to 100 °C hig-
