4 Removal and installation
4.4.2 Fitting threaded rods

Lightly oil the surfaces of the threaded rods (2) to be screwed in.

Screw the threaded rods into the bracket with the aid of locknuts (1).

Remove nuts (1) again.


Fixing material scope of delivery
The threaded rods and nuts for fastening the turbocharger on the bracket are not included in
the ABB Turbo Systems scope of delivery. These parts depend on the version of the engine-
side bracket.
The clamping nuts are included in the ABB Turbo Systems scope of delivery.
