Chapter 3 Installation and Wiring

When installing the DN912 module horizontally, please pay attention to the following points.
Install in the direction that the power supply terminal of the base unit BU90A is on the left and

the switches mounted on the base unit are facing down.
(It is not possible to do horizontal mounting other than this direction.)
Leave at least 50mm above and below part of the base unit.

The lower part is necessary for wiring, and the upper part is necessary for heat dissipation.

Do not connect / disconnect wiring or attach / remove/
replace the base unit while the power is on.
Failure to do so, may cause electric shock or malfunction.
When mounting horizontally, secure a space 0f 50mm or
more at the top and bottom of the base unit on which the
DN912 is mounted.
If the ventilation is incomplete, the internal temperature of the
DN912 will increase, causing failure and malfunction.
