Chapter 2 Installation and Wiring Connection of Serial Bus Cable The intelligent I/O system using the SB812 module can connect up to 15 communication base units to one serial bus. One communication base unit can connect the terminal block unit via the I/O bus cable (Figure 2-2). The SB812 module and communication base unit are connected to the serial bus cable through the relay cable via the relay terminal block.
