2-3-2 Installation method

• Check the length of the screw and install it. Using improper screws and
forcibly tightening them might damage the product.
„ Head
• Install the head on a plate with a thickness of 10 mm to 15 mm which
is made of aluminum or other material with radiation performance
equivalent to that of aluminum.
• The head can be fixed from the bottom with M6 screw at ten locations.
(For LP-S205/LP-S505/LP-S505W, at 6 locations.)
• For the installation dimension, refer to "1-4-1 Head" (P.35).
• The inserting length of the screw into the head shall be 5 mm to 6 mm
as shown by the figure below.
• Tightening torque: 3.0 N·m or less.

„ Controller
• The controller can be fixed from the bottom with M5 screw at four locations.
• For the installation dimension, refer to "1-4-3 Controller" (P.38).
• The inserting length of the screw shall be 4 mm to 6 mm.
• Tightening torque: 2.0 N·m or less.
• The rubber feet are attached to the bottom of the controller on shipping. Remove the rubber feet in case of fixing the
bottom of the controller directly to the installation place.
• The rubber feet can be mounted either on left or right side face. The attaching location of the controller is symmetrical
for the face.
