Notify our sales office or representatives of the laser marker serial No. for inspection or repair.
The head and controller is delivered with the same serial numbers.
„ Check it on laser marker
The serial No. of the laser marker is written on the area marked by a circle in the figure below.

„ Check it on environment setting screen
Click "Environ." on the right menu and click "System info".
The serial number of the controller is displayed on the screen.
