10.3 RS-232-C serial command control
Intensity setting and others can be controlled under serial signals by connecting the "RS-232-C"
terminal on the back of the AICURE body with an external device (personal computer, PLC).
Control is accomplished by an interactive procedure in which a command is sent from the external
device to the AICURE, and the response is returned from the AICURE to the external device.

assumed. Then error handling should be done.
・Up to 32 AICUREs can be connected to one external device. When sending a
command, specify the address (device number). For the address, see Chapter 8
