Troubleshooting
Description
No. of encoder revolutions too low.
Time base difference.
Watchdog timeout.
Keypad failure.
Calibration data out of bounds.
External memory checksum
Software execution error.
Flow sensor error.
Flow error. Gross over / under
infusions, bag empty, or flow
detected when not infusing.
Pump not calibrated.
Logic error (invalid RTC data update
during infusion).
7-segment LED display failure.
Audible alarm failure.
Critical variable corruption.
State invariant corruption.
ADC out of range.
Indicates keypad panel locked/
unlocked.
Pump is running in secondary
operation mode.
Pump priming IV infusion set.
Troubleshooting Guide
Withdraw the pump from service and ensure it is inspected
by a qualified service engineer.
Ensure JP12 is firmly connected. Replace the Control PCB if
necessary.
Replace the Control PCB.
One or more of the keypad switches on the Control PCB is
faulty. Replace the Control PCB. Note: may also be caused by
pressing an invalid key during power-up. If this case, there is
no fault.
Reset pump with code 200 and recalibrate. Replace the
Control PCB if necessary.
Replace the Control PCB.
Replace the Control PCB.
Occurs if flow sensor is connected or disconnected whilst
pump is infusing, or if the flow sensor is disconnected and
the VTBI is off.
Check set, fluid and correct loading. Check flow sensor and
connection to pump.
If a new Control PCB is fitted, calibrate pressure and
battery and perform a volumetric verification accuracy test.
Otherwise, withdraw the pump from service and ensure it is
inspected by a qualified service engineer.
Replace the Control PCB.

Check cable to speaker. Replace the Control PCB if necessary.

Activate/deactivate by pressing o for two seconds.
