Acceptance Criteria
Tightened screws are marked.
Signal cables are connected properly and
securely.
Both ends of a cable are labeled. Labels
are clean and correct, and provide
concise and understandable description
The ground cable is securely connected
to the equipment room ground bar. Use
a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the UPS ground cable and the
equipment room ground bar. The
resistance must be less than 0.1 ohm.
Distances between cable ties are the
same (recommended distance is 30 cm),
and no burr exists.
Cables are properly connected according
to wiring diagrams.
Connections for mains input terminals
1L1, 1L2, 1L3, and N, bypass input
terminals 2L1, 2L2, 2L3, and output
terminals U, V, W, and N are correct.
In single UPS mode, live wires are
connected in a correct sequence; in a
parallel system, mains and bypass live
wires are connected in the same
sequence on the input and output sides.
Use a multimeter to check that the sum
of the absolute voltage of the negative
battery string and the voltage of the
positive battery string is greater than a
certain value (2 x Number of cells), and
that the difference between the absolute
voltage of the negative battery string
and the voltage of the positive battery
string is less than the voltage of a
battery (2 V or 12 V).
