    A UPS can be used to serve resistive-capacitive loads, resistive loads, and micro-inductive loads. It is recommended that a UPS not be used for pure capacitive loads, pure inductive loads, and half-wave rectification loads. A UPS does not apply to regeneration loads.     If the AC input voltage is not normal, the UPS transfers to battery mode to obtain power from batteries. The inverter then converts the power into AC outputs.     The marking-off template is delivered with the UPS and is placed at the top of the UPS. Step 1 Determine the position for installing the UPS and mark mounting holes, as shown in Figure 3- Figure 3-18 shows the hole dimensions.
