The Product Activation dialog box appears with the serial number filled in:
5 Select the "I accept the license agreement" check box to enable Online Registration of your
product.

In the Activation Key field, enter or paste the Product Activation Key obtained earlier.
If you did not register your product earlier in the process and you do not have an Activation Key,
click the Polycom Resource Center button to access the Service & Support page of the Polycom
Support website.

Click OK.

A message indicating that the Product Activation Key was loaded successfully appears.
9 If the Product Activation Key fails to load, please contact your vendor.
Process 4: Install MPMRx Card(s) on the RMX 2000/4000
When a single MPMRx media card is installed in the system, it must always be inserted in the top slot
of the RMX chassis. The RTM LAN/RTM ISDN card must be installed in the rear panel top slot on the
same level as the MPMRx card.
1 On the MPMRx card to be installed, move the ejector levers to their fully open position. For more
information, see "Appendix B - Using the Ejector Lever(s)" on page 11.

Carefully insert the MPMRx media card by making sure that the levers are in an open position
and push the card close to the chassis till the levers engage. With your thumbs holding the
"handles" and your index fingers holding the catches fully to left/right, push the card against the
chassis whilst closing the levers. Use your thumbs to push the card into place, and then lock the
catches into their place by using your thumbs to push it to the left/right.
